Post Construction

Contracting Resources' extensive experience in post-construction activities simplifies and expedites the Client's occupancy and use of the facility. Post Construction Services include:

• Develop Client occupancy schedule, sequence final stages of construction to coincide with special Client requirements.
• Expedite completion of punch list tasks and other close-out requirements.
• Establish mid and long-term warranty programs for Client assurance.
• Identify municipal requirements for, and coordinate acquisition of, Certificate(s) of Occupancy.
• Facilitate  Client's installation of furniture, furnishings and equipment.
