Design

Our pre-design services will define accurate project parameters and the most efficient project delivery strategy to satisfy our Client's financial and operational business requirements. Pre-design services include:

• Establish internal procedures and lines of authority, organization, responsibility, and communication.
• Establish design, schedule, construction and occupancy strategies to meet scope of Client's business objectives.
• Define and confirm scope of project with management, provide initial project cost estimate and track schedule.
• If required, provide financial, lease and/or work letter analyses.
• Assist Client in the preparation of coordinated, consistent design and construction contract documents.
