- Establish internal procedures and lines of authority, organization, responsibility, and communication.
- Establish design, schedule, construction, and occupancy strategies to meet your scope, goals, and objectives.
- Define and confirm scope of project with management, provide initial project cost estimate, and track schedule.
- If required, provide financial, lease, and/or work letter analyses.
- Assist you in the preparation of coordinated, consistent design and construction contract documents.
