Contracting Resources has proven industry leadership and knowledge of construction which results in tight control of schedule, cost, quality and value. Construction services include:

• Manage and direct services of trade subcontractors, including quality of work in progress, work changes, payments, interpretation of documents, coordination between trades, and decorum while on premises.
• Review and process product submittals:  shop drawings, samples, catalogue data.
• Assist in application processes for necessary permits, licenses and other municipal requirements.
• Prepare  monthly reports to Client regarding construction progress, cost, schedule, and other project matters of interest and concern to Client.
• Inspect completed construction issue "punch list" directives and close-out procedures to trade subcontractors.
• Develop and implement a commissioning plan.  This plan will incorporate start-up and testing of individual components, subsystems and integrated systems prior to Client acceptance of the project.
